We will fit any free standing safe by bolting the safe to either your wall or floor.
Unfortunately we do not fit Wall Safes, Floorboard Safes or Under Floor Safes, we recommend that you use a reputable builder in your area.

On most safes our own engineers carry out your installation.

Below is an example of a Chubb Black Box safe that we recently installed in a fitted wardrobe in Weybridge.
This was a very typical fit and this is how we did it:
We drilled holes through the rear panel of the wardrobe and into the wall behind, then using large expanding anchors we bolted the safe to the wall. The process is very much like using a screw & rawlplug but on a much larger scale.
The heads of the bolts are located within the safe itself. In this way, when the safe is locked you cannot access the bolts in an attempt to remove the safe from the premises.

It is advisable to install a safe into a cupboard so that it is not on obvious display. However it is not vital that the safe is hidden as this may not be possible in your particular property.
We advise our customers of the best location for their particular safe but our engineers will happily install your safe in the location that you specify on the day.

We take great care when drilling holes in your building, we use metal detectors to try to ascertain that it is safe to drill. Our Terms and conditions on this web site mention this in detail – see section 10.4
